A passionate and talented French Pasty Chef with International experience spanning 20 years, Pierrick Boyer has made cakes for Roger Federer, Shane Warne, Livinia Nixon, Roger Rashid and Stephan Edberg just to name a few! His creations are so divine that his Devonshire Tea at the Ritz Carlton in Boston grew so infamous that it attracted a two week waiting list for a table!

In his long and illustrious career, Pierrick has won many accolades including an honorary award for the most creative sugar work in the South Western Regional Pastry Chef competition. In 2002 he was awarded by the Palm Springs Les Dames Escofier, the most original dessert – his Chocolate and Passion cake, which was an early version of his signature Brownie Passion Chocolate Gateau.
After working in 5-star hotels and 3-star Michelin restaurants across the globe, Pierrick is now Executive Pastry Chef at the RACV Headquarters, and owns and operates his incredibly successful Le Petit Gateau Patisserie in Melbourne.
