Pâtissez’s Creative Director, FreakShake Inventor & Caking Enthusiast is set out to wow you with her mouthwatering creations. Anna will be sharing tips for the perfect FreakShake, her special honeycomb recipe & how the team at Pâtissez like to Freak Up their deliciously crazy cakes.
Anna started Pâtissez almost 1 year ago and not long after the explosion of FreakShakes happened. This little Canberra based cafe is in hot demand serving delicious all day breakfast, brilliant burgers, crazy cakes, decadent desserts, and of course the legendary FreakShakes. Anna is now in the process of opening her first international branch.
