Rowie Dillon is a highly respected and industry recognised leader in the free-from baking space. In additition to appearing on TV show’s including Studio 10 and Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield, in print including Delicious Magazine, The Daily Telegraph and a contributor to Australian Gluten Free Life magazine, and also on ABC Radio – Sundays with Simon Marnie and Food in Focus Radio, Rowie has built a successful retail business 100% dedicated to free-from baked goods – Rowie’s Cakes.

Rowie’s Cakes range includes cookies, biscuits and delicious rocky road, and is available on Qantas and Tiger Airways flights, in Woolworths, Coles, Thomas Dux, David Jones and even Sainsbury in the United Kingdom and she also exports to Singapore!

With experience baking delicious goods that you wouldn’t even know are gluten free, sugar free, dairy free and more, Rowie has brought baking back to many of us who thought we were stuck in a world of tasteless or chewy goods.

Rowie’s successful ‘Indulge’ cookbook, includes 100 sweet and savoury recipes and has been embraced by not only free-from food followers but also those who lead a mainstream diet.  It’s delicious recipes give free-from food a whole new stylish and tasty makeover  - something consumers have been crying out for!  To follow on from the success of her book, Rowie will be launching a second cookbook due to be released in December 2015!

Rowie will be whipping up tantalising free-from treats on the Healthy Baking Stage by Equal at the show.
