Jessica Pedemont

Jessica Pedemont has over 20 years of experience in the culinary arts. Starting her 1st business Chocolate Artisan in 2008 where her passion and focus is pastry, chocolate and sugar craft. She has travelled the world – working, studying and teaching in some of the finest establishments in the industry. As a scholarship winner, Jessica represented Australia, competing at both local and international levels. As a recipient of distinctions and awards from sweet to savoury she continues to strive for excellence in all culinary endeavours.

In 2015 Jessica’s enterprise grew to open a Sydney based cooking school called Celebration Cooking, this utilises her long history with teaching and collaborating with other talent. Working on and off the ‘screen’, the sweet world is her life.

Food is creative enterprise – constantly evolving. From age old traditions to cutting edge trends, Jessica enjoys drawing the whole spectrum of culinary history, pushing boundaries to deliver a highly personal experience for her clients.
